A daughter for good!

It's a BIG DAY for HOPE! Today dawns with a new understanding of permanency, love, acceptance, and belonging for Hope. Today, Hope has been a daughter longer than she was an orphan in an orphanage! ❤️

Mud boys

How do you make boys happy? Set them free in mud!

No sibling rivalry here!

It's been so beautiful. There has been no sibling rivalry between the boys. With Daniel about 6 months older than Matthew, and Matthew about 6 months older than Samuel, I wasn't sure how it would turn out. But, this is what I see all the time!

Samuel is constantly hugging and kissing Matthew (which is obviously reciprocated), and Daniel is constantly treating Matthew like a little prince and telling everyone that Matthew is his best friend. How blessed it is to watch strangers become loving siblings!

Bathroom help

Andrew: "Mom, there's some toilet paper in the bathroom that needs to dry before you use it." Mom: "Oh? What happened?" Andrew: "I saw the bathroom needed toilet paper, but while I was putting it on the roller, I dropped it in the toilet by accident. I washed it with soap and water, so just let it dry before you use it." Mom: "Oh. Ok, Buddy. Thanks!"

Living faith

Multiple weeks ago, Cherish posted these notes on our front door:

It was the beginning of Spring Break, and she knew we would be having a lot of company during that time. She wanted her friends and other visitors to have something to read as they came to our house.

About 4 weeks have passed, and the notes still remain up on our front door. May God bless Cherish for living our her faith!
