Positive Identification?

We have joined a group of adoptive/adopting parents who have children from/in Luoyang City Children's Welfare Institute, Henan Province. People that go over to the orphanage to visit or pick up their children take pictures of the other children, so parents can see the lives their children are currently living, etc. A member of the Yahoo Group took pictures of various children, and this one looks like Zan:
