Starting Over

Today, after EXACTLY 4 years and 4 months of waiting for our daughter Hope to join our family, we sent in our application—yes, our application—to Chinese Children Adoption International (CCAI) to start the process over again.

Yep. You read those words right.

Over.

We. are. starting. over.

Completely.

From scratch.

Over.

Due to some of our paperwork expiring, etc., we need a new dossier (paperwork) for Ch*na. Thus, we must first apply to our agency to see if they will accept us again before we can begin the process.

So, the application? Done!

Therefore, since we are starting over—from scratch (did I mention that?)—I will be changing the ticker at the bottom of this page to begin today.

It is a new day. Today is now “Day #1”.
